Rating by category:
The peace and quiet and the close proximity to horse riding and ferry etc. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was deliciou.
The rooms were a bit run down and could have been a little cleaner. Walls dirty etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation and serenity of the resort. staff were friendly and courteous.
our suggestions- guest laundry would be beneficial. also there was a small rain water diversion in the path outside our room, which we observed a number of guests stumbling over, felt this should be highlighted to avoid trips/falls.
The resort had a good location but was badly laid out and access to facilities was poor,
Level of Cleanleness was poor in unit and resort, Menu was same every day and expensive, Lack of staff and staff supervision and professionalism, The facilities were poorly maintained.
the cape is really beautiful... the tropical forest is a must to see!
It is a lifetime experience that can only be done here in Aust.
Too much lighting at night
It was a great place for a overnight stay, restaurant food was really nice but it seemed to be short staffed but the staff that was there did the best they could. It was great to be so close to the beach.
There was a lot of walking involved in getting to our room with our things and also to the restaurant for dinner, breakfast, beach which we didnt mind but if you were elderly it would be difficult. It needs a little buggy or something. Wouldnt rate it as 4 star , maybe 3 and a half. It could be so much more But enjoyed our stay.
Location and evening meal.
It is very run down and lacks atmosphere. It is NOT a spa! It is overpriced.
